guys, the talk is now to either go to starved rock, or instead, go to downtown fast’n’furious bike show. either way, i’m in...although i’d prefer, if we’re doing a long distance ride, to have a bigger group.

Выяснил наконец-то свои завтрашние планы. На работу мне с утра пораньше. Освобожусь где-то в 2-3pm... Так что скорее всего подьеду после этого на байк-фест.

Guys,
Downtown -may be we go there afternoon, since Groza is busy,
may be VADIM,myself, Igor and Co. meet at 10 on the corner of Arlington Heights and 83 and go first to Starved rock, then we can hit DownT on the way back?
Just in case, I research the route to Strarved Rock.
There is nothing really exiting about Starved Rock park and park, but I have never been there, we try to take local roads, hills, country, etc...
Need to now the exact location of the biek fest so... adrress or something

We meet in Shaumburg at 10:50, am sharp at Starback coffe shop on Woodfiled street and go Starved Rock Park. Kick stands up 11:05 am, no delays.

Directions:
From the Chicago area: Take I-294 or I-355 south to I-55. Take I-55 south to I-80. Go west on I-80, 45 miles to Exit #81 (Rt. 178, Utica). Go south (left) 3 miles on Rt. 178 and follow the signs into the Park.
People, we should be able to ride back and force in 4 hours, so we can hit down town show on the way back and meet groza, Dima etc.
Igor, if only sport bikes are in, we can go reasonbly fast, but lets not miss any exits!
Also keep in mind, that I am not aware of any speed traps on those roads, but lets not try our fortune on that!

Thanks for coming with me to the Starved Rock ride.
Though I was warry about you somewhat, the ride and roads were pure fun!
Igor, 150 between cars, my friend, is not safe. You had a close call, and it was not fun for me to hear about it. Igor, we have to get you on a race track one day -that is where you feel all the fun.
So before it is to late, we shell take you to road america this year.

Also,
I am an open road person, so Russian picknic, ukranian village do not pose much attraction for me as ride destinations. But as majority decide, I will join!

I suggest some of us take a day of this or next week and we go to WI - Madison, House on the Rock, Baraboo, Dells.
Form 9 am to 11 pm. Who is in?

here’s the dilemma in naming ride destination: we either have a hell of a time on the long-distance road, but get to an OK destination somewhere in WI, gde mozhno pohodit’, poglazet’ na korov, vypit’, and head back. or, we take same old familiar i-94/chicago to ukrainian village or to morton grove for the pikniks, but the destinations should be more fun, live russian music, girls girls girls, good shashlyk, bol’shaya sovkovaya tusovka. since these events are only once a year, i’m more into visiting them when they happen, cuz House on the Rock, on 54 vyhodnyh v godu House on the Rock. Moto, Moto, my man, nu na devocheck mogno pogliadet i na Devil’s lake beach and on Madisson nude beach too.
I see you are a posser! Russian picknik -as I said, I might go, just tell me of what is the point? Most chiks on that place will be 40 and older, with jelos husbands, kids, dogs and big fat asses. You also have chance to meet some folks who you might not be pleased to see. Sorry for been overpessimistik, just tell me one good reason of whay we have to go to Russian picknik?
