People, who want to take a day of from work/ daily activities and escape to WI for a change.
I have been there, and would like to go again!
Route:
House on the Rock (ride around, no museum attendance), Devils Lake(Swimming, chick check), Baraboo (casino?, food), Dells (carting ride).
Time :9 am -11 pm
Day -any, except 12th and 13th of August.
this week, next week?
Who is In?

i’d go, but only on a weekend. i’m looking for jobs and will have interviews all throughout the week.

Friday, 13th -sorry, It is cold now, rainy and the number 13 scarries me.

Friday, 20th, Who is in?- we ride to the House on the rock! We are not going in the museum- we ride around, check beaches alone wisconsin river, may be hit dells for a cart run. 9 am - 11 pm, about 450 miles roand trip!

Friday 20th or Thursady 19th, depending on the forecast, is prelimenary ride date.
Based on conversations past weekend, we should have at least 2-3 strong ride participants.
The final route is to be defined but we hit house on a rock first, then will try to hit a shore of Wisconsin river. We have to depart at 9 am, take a fast route to HOTR(House on the rock), then decide of what is next, but take a swimwear and some $ since Wi park entrances are not free.

Friday 20, if no rain, the ride is On. ~400 miles at least!
Should I call each of you or you can actually post here your yes or No!
I might be able to provide some femaile companionship, of course if it is not raining and you do not tell my wife :-)

what? how? they gonna follow us in cars? Lyonja, you know i’m in any day. i still prefer it for saturday, cuz friday it’s just 3 or 4 of us. and saturday, as many as 8-10 can join us.

People,
so far forecast is not clear for tomorow, but
If no rain, lets meet on Menards (rt 60/83)Parking lot at 9:00 AM SHARP! Kick stands up 9:12 am! If some one want start at 8:30, I have no objections!
Plan to be back not earlier then 8pm, I’d ruther be back at 11 pm.
Suggested stops:
1 stop -House on a rock -lunch
2 stop Wisconsin river beach -swimming for those who is morge :-)
3 stop -Wi Dells if we have enough time.

raods:
Rand or North-west highway to Madisson,
then highways to HOTR
then to be detfined later in another post.

Moto, Lesha will not make it on Saturday or Sunday.
Also trafiq is heavier, cops on roads too. I am checking the forecast shortly!

i’m out. i ride for pleasure. riding in rain is not my cup of tea.

let’s hope for better weather next week, or you can always go on weekend - don’t need to change your plans because of me.

Allright, the ride is officially delayed to Aug 27 or September 3d, Fridays -sure we can do both.
Moto, the rain is in forecast for tomorrow -the ride is off - I wish we could go today.
This is a brigada ride, no CRR posting, please!
Anybody who wants to ride today after 6, call me!

Everybody, we have a ride to house on a rock scheduled here, so far only Lesha and myself are commited to go.

Allrigt, we are going on 27th:
The route :
45 to 176 to Gilmor to 120 to rand
rand all the way to madisson,
14 to house on the rock, then 15 miles north-east -hittin a beach on wi river.
G-d, i am praying for no rain. We meet at menards at 8:30.
Moto, Why you do not pick up a phone tonight?
O, and my back hurts already, getting old people is no fun!

And we went there. And Wi police went after us and gave us some ugly looking sheet of paper called ticket, and o, the weather was perfect, the roads around House on the rock too. I need a bigger and better bike. I am accepting donations (just kidding here ), since my rear end and back still hurt.
